For the past four months I have been away on a magical journey, to the classroom. I was taking Summer classes, and I finished right before regular-session classes start! OH JOY! On a related note, over the Summer I have gotten into wine-tasting. Probably just to combat the urge to kill myself as I watched my Summer slip by from a class room window. However I have gotten a little bored with wine, as the best wine costs more than what my university budget can afford. So I than turned to my first-love: beer. Craft beers and beers from microbreweries to be more precise. I think the same principles of wine-tasting can be used in beer-drinking. Beer can be more than just a way to make a fool of yourself, and I believe that a good beer can be in the same class as a good wine. My first foray into the world of beer-tasting, is accompanied by one of my favorite breweries: Paddock Wood. There is something about their beer that keeps me coming back for more, and it's not just the alcoholism talking. I believe that the best beers come from microbreweries and from the limited-release craft beer collections. My beer is calling me, so until next time you rarely-updated blog you. Cheers!
